Complaints Procedure

SPY Genesis Corp. (trading as “SpacePay”) is committed to providing a high standard of service. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our Services, we encourage you to raise your concern through the process set out below.

1. How to Submit a Complaint

1.1Complaints may be submitted by email to Support@SpacePay.co.uk, or by post to Via Ricardo J. Alfaro, Edificio PH The Century Tower, Office 317, Corregimiento de Betania, District of Panama, Province of Panama, Republic of Panama, marked for the attention of the Complaints Officer.

1.2Your complaint should include: (a) your name and the name of the Client entity you represent; (b) your contact details; (c) a clear description of the issue; (d) the date(s) on which the issue arose; (e) any relevant supporting documentation; and (f) the outcome you are seeking.

2. Acknowledgement

2.1We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within five (5) business days of receipt. The acknowledgement will confirm the name of the individual handling your complaint and provide a reference number.

3. Investigation and Resolution

3.1We will investigate your complaint thoroughly and in good faith. We aim to provide a final written response within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt. Where the complexity of the complaint requires additional time, we will notify you of the expected timeframe, which shall not exceed ninety (90) calendar days in total.

3.2The final response will set out: (a) a summary of the complaint; (b) the results of the investigation; (c) the Company's decision; and (d) any remedial action to be taken.

4. Escalation

4.1If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate the matter to the Company's senior management by writing to the Chief Compliance Officer at Support@SpacePay.co.uk.

4.2You may also have the right to refer your complaint to the relevant financial ombudsman or alternative dispute resolution body in your jurisdiction, or to the Company's supervising National Competent Authority (once appointed).
